Job Description: Supplemental Health Care in partnership with a prominent Fort Worth hospital is seeking an experienced an Interim NICU Manager to lead its Level III NICU during a leadership transition. This leader will oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure quality patient care, and partner with physicians and hospital leadership to maintain efficient department operations. Qualifications: BSN required (MSN preferred) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BCLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 5 years of current nurse management experience in Women's Services Leadership experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, and/or Mother-Baby Strong experience with staffing, operations, team leadership, and performance management Hands-on leadership style with the ability to assist in daily department operations as needed Interim NICU Nurse Manager - RN Contract Details: $2,462 - $2,723 per week* Weekly pay 13-week full-time contract with possibility to extend AM shift 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the Level III NICU. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and departmental performance. Ensure safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability. Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to achieve operational goals. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. Assist with budget oversight, resource management, and process improvement initiatives. Support quality, patient safety, and employee engagement efforts. Provide after-hours or weekend leadership support when needed.
