Replacing Maria Luisa Dabu Requisition Comments and Notes:Orientation dates: Start dates on 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16 (No orientation on 10/19). (26 week need only - Will not consider less). **No Excessive time off can be approved. Time off should be limited, would be expected to work 2 of 3 holidays.**CVOR/RN - 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday - 7a to 7p plus call requirements for all travelers in cardiac surgery (days during the week will vary depending on the need of the unit and unit cannot offer a block schedule) Call Required. CVOR OR - Must be able to scrub. RNs who can scrub & circulate cardiac surgeries are required. 1000+ bed hospital. 56 bed OR (inpt and outpatient) & 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years CVOR OR experience. Must have prior travel experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years CVOR experience. Patient population: Complex CABG/valve/repeat cardiac procedures, heart failure, ECMO, VAD, heart and lung transplant, PTE, cardiac trauma, adult congenital. Age Range: adult; no peds. Children s Hosp. OR is separate. Could float between OR but not locations. IVS to Interview/MGR to Offer. All travelers must be willing to take call (3 layers of call 24-7) (requirements vary every 6 weeks) in addition to 3 x 12 hour shifts. Float Required: No Certifications: BLS,ACLS
